“My fiancee came across Silverblinks photography whilst searching for a photographer to capture our special day in the Maldives where we were having a symbolic wedding ceremony.
Most of the resorts have their own exclusive photographers but to be quite honest their results appeared to be quite average. I am sure there are very good photographers out there but what we found on the internet did not inspire us too much.
However, that changed when we found Hassan Aman or as we later came to know him as Aman.
From the outset, his level of communication was exceptional. His knowledge of the Maldives, Resorts and culture proved invaluable, so much so that we actually changed the resort for our ceremony so we could use him as our photographer.
His professional approach was clear at the planning stage. He strived to understand and get to know us both so he could adapt our day to suit our requirements.
His understanding of composition, focus, colour and light is exceptional. He understands what pose works well and the post processing is subtle and yet so effective. The old adage that sometimes less is more seems to be part of Aman’s Mantra.
Aman has a lovely sense of humour yet knows when to be serious. he makes you feel totally at ease and trust his abilities. His assistant worked tirelessly with the lighting but you hardly knew he was there.
We were delighted with the photographs that Aman provided us with. He managed to capture the true happiness and emption of the day, and the photo album that we received was far better than our expectations, both in quality of the photos and the construction of the album.
Aman’s integrity as a person and his professionalism as a photographer are exceptional. I would like to think that Aman has become more than just a photographer to us and hopefully we will meet again one day.
